OCA examines law around Seller Property Information Statements

The Ontario Court of Appeal recently had the opportunity to examine the law surrounding Seller Property Information Statements in Soboczynski v. Beauchamp, 2015 ONCA 282 (CanLII) — in particular, those statements signed after the parties had entered into an Agreement of Purchase and Sale with respect to real property.
